He was prompt in communicating with us, which has not always been my experience with other contractors I've worked with. His subs were prompt and attentive to detail. He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."
