Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done."

"Asbury home improvement came by our house and checked our roof and gutters. Moses Beachy was the inspector for our house which is located in Mount Vernon, Ohio. If it wasn't for Moses checking our roof we wouldn't have known it was damaged by the hail storm that came through in April of 2024. Asbury worked with my insurance company and it went through thanks to Moses showing our insurance adjuster the damage the hail had done. Asbury company worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. We are very happy with the work that Asbury did. Moses also went above and beyond for us. I would suggest that if you need a good roofing company and someone that is honest this is the company that you should go with. "After getting over the sticker shock, everything is going good. Sales associate was good at his job but was a little too pushy. Not sure if he showed us all the options that were available as far as affordability. Everyone in customer service/ scheduling were super accommodating. The best part,besides the finished product to date, was the Patrick the project manager. He made this project come to life and was a pleasure working with. Pat yourself on the back young man. You know how to deal with customers."
