"I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. Their number one goal was to ensure my happiness as a customer and homeowner. They showed up everyday right around 8am and worked until 4:30 or so. I can count on one hand the number of times I wasn't able to reach Larry on the phone over a period of several weeks! So I'm not sure what that 1 negative review is all about. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!! Being a veteran, I've got a little OCD when it comes to things being just right. Fortunately for me, Larry and his crew were easy to talk to and they were driven to meet my expectations of making things "perfect". That's something I greatly appreciated. As the project was reaching it's finality I had so many people comment on how good everything looked. "Patrick and his crew did an amazing job for us in the Fall of 2019. They were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. He was always courteous and prompt and showed up when he said he would. We had received four other bids and Patrick was the only one who was able to understand our vision and offer a perfect solution for the slope in our backyard. We didn t want just retaining walls and we didn t want to take out our mature trees. He came up with a plan that gave us two retaining walls (one is a seating wall) with a pathway in between and connecting to two spacious patios nestled among the trees. There are stairs and built-in LED lights and it s so pretty! He also added a paver path from the patio on our slope to our existing stamped concrete patio with a small paver floor under the gazebo. We liked his work so much that we had him come out in the Spring of 2020 and add another paver patio for our Catio. They were able to tie it all in with the existing pavers and concrete and if all flows together so nicely! Once we turned our sprinklers on, we noticed a drip line had been cut. Patrick sent his crew out immediately and repaired it good as new! We highly recommend Outdoor Innovations by Patrick Richie."
