"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"Brian responded promptly to my request for a quote. (Some of the 4 or 5 contractors that came out never even got back with me.) His pricing was very competitive and his timing was great. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. "I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of this team from the owner all the way down. They tackled my original list so quickly and competently during my one-day handyman special that I was able to have them do my next list of projects. On the first day they repaired broken wood trim around my front door, replaced antique door knobs, removed and replaced caulk around our tub, replaced light switches, installed a piston on our front door. Through the entire process Jason was not only doing the work, but offering solutions for ways to do it best and improve the end product. "Our overall experience with GCS has been very good, the owner (Dennis) has done whatever it takes to make us happy with this project, We must give kudos to the tile setter Doug, he started early and stayed late, he even worked on Saturday and Sunday so that we could have our bathroom done ASAP, and the job Doug did was incredible, our shower and floors look so amazing. The only negative was some of the workers didn't quite understand the meaning of doing a job right the first time, and was more concern about going on to the next job, it was mostly little things, but they were still important to us, but Dennis came over and fixed or will have it fixed, so I'm not going to dwell on that. My wife and I are very please with the overall quality of our new bathroom and the work that GCS performed, in fact we've already hired GCS for our next project, to install new floors and do other repairs/upgrades around our home.
