"Absolutely amazing. They were just wonderful. Like having your dad come out to your house. They are just wonderful people. Our refrigerator had a minor problem, they had the part, they took care of it in 45 minutes and it hardly cost a thing. It is not a big place. I think they just have 4 or 5 fellows out into the field all the time but they carry most of the parts with them and they just know their stuff. They took off their shoes when they came in through the door, they were very polite, sat me down, asked me if I want to be involved in what they were doing at that time so that they could educate me. Even if I did not want to do that and that was fine as well. But I did want to know what the problem was and he knew what he needed to do and it took him a minute and a half. A leaking freezer was not good. They followed up the next day and I was happy with that. They have very good customer service. I think they have been around for 30 years, it is a family owned business and it is just great. I cannot say enough about them because you never know what you are going to get. They were truly amazing. I really feel that they went above and beyond. Every step of the way they wanted to make sure that I understood what was happening, wanted to make sure that I was comfortable, wanted make sure that I saw the parts, he made sure that I had the old parts and if my husband or someone else wanted to have a peek at it and he marked exactly what was wrong on the part.
