"Employee was actually early. Listened carefully to my explanation of problem. Was conscious of shoe coverings...with or without. Began disassembly of dryer immediately. Did run into a couple of problems that had become severe with the dryer. Explained those problems and received authorization to correct. All parts were available and employee proceeded throughout the repair process without hesitation and was very professional at all times. Prior to completion, employee offered estimated cost and was okayed to complete repairs."

"The repairman came the same day that I called which was great. The repairman appeared within the estimated window both the first visit to investigate the problem and the second visit when he replaced the burned out power strip. My only issue was the delay in getting the part which took a week. I don't know if that is reasonable or not for part availability. The repairman thought it would only take about 2 days. I was told by the office that when they had the tracking data on the part, they would call and arrange the repair visit. After 4 days I called the office and was told that tracking indicated that the part was due that day which was the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and that the repairman was fully booked that day so they couldn't schedule me until after the weekend. Fortunately the repairman did call me on the following Tuesday and repaired the dishwasher later that day. Again, I don't know if a full week is reasonable for a part, but not calling with an update at least caused the rating of "B" in responsiveness. The repairman was quite knowledgeable and professional and I will use this company again."
