"We hired MB Link to refinish two cast iron bathtubs in June of 2015. Initially the tubs looked great. As recommended, they were only cleaned with non abrasive soap. One year later the substance used to finish the tub (the enamel paint) began to peel off at the drain in both tubs. Our tenants asked to wait until they moved out to have the tubs fixed due to their concerns with exposure to chemicals. When I called the company to ask about a potential warranty or fix for the problem, the response was that there was nothing they could do and there was no warranty. After some time, the company has agreed to come out and fix both bathtubs. I am hopeful that there will be a positive outcome."

Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. "The project was extended beyond the estimated completion of the project. However, there were also some unforeseeable delays in materials needed. Other than timing, I found the crew very knowledgeable with a rather high skill set in the work they performed. Their prices were extremely fair and reasonable. They were also accommodating to my needs/concerns. I don't think I can feel anymore satisfied with the completed work! Stellar work, very organized, and tidy. Mr. Bankhead also provided invaluable input on decor designs/structures/etc. which helped to bring my vision into fruition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!"

"Signed contract in November 2017, scheduled to start mid February 2018. One week before schedule date, they called and said they were a month behind. A month goes by, I have to call them to ask when they plan to reschedule, they put me off again. I called them again the end of March and asked if I could get my money back since they obviously were overbooked. They said they could start in a couple of weeks and scheduled a day to drop off materials. They dropped off materials on April 13th, and I’ve heard nothing from them since. It’s April 28th. So far they have not kept their commitments and haven’t been proactive about letting me know what to expect. I would not recommend this company."
