He refused to give up on our washer and ultimately diagnosed and fixed numerous problems saving us a ton of money while eliminating the need to buy new. I would have never expected such a commitment to repair our machine for us. As for returning our call on first contact, it did take few hours for him to reply but I now know why. He is just that good and has a very busy schedule. I continue to be "annoyed" by another appliance repair company even though I've told them it's been fixed. "When I contacted them about a broken dryer they told me there were many refrigerator calls in front of me. They explained this to me and said it may be a few days before they could handle my call but would keep me informed. They also explained that the cost to come and look at the dryer was $49 but if I had the dryer repaired by them that cost would be deducted from the repair cost, They calledl several times with up dates and was able to come on the 3 day. The tech came in and was professional, asked some questions and went to work and found the problem. Explained the cost and said he had the parts on his truck. When he was done he tested the dryer to make sure it worked gave me some tips on maintenance I can do to keep the dryer running. I thought the cost of parts and service was a little on the high side for the amount of time they spent on the service. However, you get what you pay for. The work was done correctly and quickly. I think if they had not had so many refrigerator calls they would have been able to get to my call faster. It was nice to have a company keep you informed on when they will get to your service and not have you just waiting."
