He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. "The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. "The provider managed to repair the damage to the stucco caused by a fallen tree. They filled all the holes and cracks and re-textured 2 front walls of the house matching the texture and the color of the house built in 2005. The match is 100%. We were though that we would have to re-texture the whole house because the damage was on the front of the house, but they matches it so well that you can't see where the repairs were done at all.

"We hired Peter Michael LLC to install crown moulding in our new Pulte home in Verdana Village in Estero, Florida. They consulted with us on the scope of the job and the moulding style. They came across a few challenges since the wall to ceiling wasn't quite 90 degrees in some areas and had to use their prior experiences to work around the issues. They were meticulous in their work and the job looks awesome. Peter and his son were pleasant to work with and their prices were competitive. I would include this company in your due diligence while looking for a vendor to do your work."

"Alex was recommended by The Tile Shop in Sterling to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. We met with Alex, received a very competitive quote, and hired his company. His people removed the existing 29 year old tiles and Durock subflooring, installed the new tiles, installed new baseboards and moulding, and prepped and painted the walls and trim. Alejandro was primarily responsible for removal of the old tile/Durock and installation of the new Wedi subflooring; Kevin was in charge of the painting; Freddy handled tile installation; and Jose was responsible for touch up work. The entire job took slightly over a week, and Alex arrived everyday to ensure that the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. The entire team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Also, at the conclusion of the project, Alex sent in a cleaning crew to clean ensure the entire first level of the house. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan to hire Alexâ s crew to do additional projects in our home. "Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job, I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He was very responsive. He designed the whole layout of the basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. They did the removal of the old tub, install new, fixed the tile, installed fan boxes, fixed a squeaky floor, and sorted garage ceiling.
