"Ned, the owner, came out to the house and explained our options to us. On the first floor we had maple flooring that was 30 years old and in bad shape. We decided to install new oak flooring (785) sq. feet. Two weeks later, Jose, Kenny, and Renaldo showed up to rip up the old flooring. Two days later the new oak was installed and it looked terrific. The guys were very pleasant, professional, and they cleaned up everything, especially taking away all the old flooring. I have no reservations about recommending this company"

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."
