"Luis and team were fantastic. They were very clean (put down paper on all of the floors), professional (on time), and they did an amazing job with the installation. The new wrought iron balusters look great!"

"Ned''s team did an amazing job refinishing and repairing our wood floors. The focus on customer service was exceptional and Ned's team went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. Professionalism, customer focused, and flooring experts are a few words I would use to describe our experience. We will be leveraging Ned again in the future."

"I had laminate in the entry way and in the kitchen of my house.  The entire 1st floor has hardwood.  They came and they replaced the laminate with hardwood and weaved in new pieces seamlessly.  They also sanded and stained it.  We came periodically to check on the progress each evening and they cleaned up after themselves every night.  Javier, the owner,  called me to keep me abreast of each part of the job.  When they finished, everything was cleaned up and it was all perfect and turned out exactly how we wanted it to.  One of the things that I really thought was exceptional was that we had a broken door in the master closet that was broken.  When they replaced the door after doing the floors, they fixed the door, which was above and beyond the scope of work and just a really great display of customer service."

"Saul was a very professional and definitely a master at what he does. He sanded and refinished a 100 year old floor and “WOW”, it brought tears to my eyes. The floor looks so good, I couldn’t believe it is the same floor. He fixed an uneven floor downstairs and installed hardwood floors all throughout the downstairs. He made the house feels like a home."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"We are fixing up an older home with original 1962 hardwood floors that were not in good condition. Pachecos added unfinished wood floor to the kitchen then refinished all flooring to match. It turned out very nice. Amy was always available via text and followed through on schedule. I will use them again in the future."

"Nelson and his team did a wonderful job refinishing our wood floors. They were prompt, careful and finished the job ahead of schedule. Nelson even fixed the squeaky floorboard we always tried to walk around! We love the end result - THANK YOU, Capitol Flooring!"
