"We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"I had never used this company before, soI was a little apprehensive. I met with Oscar at the house and we went over all our needs. Oscar was very professional and helped walk me through the process. Later we met at their store in Gaithersburg and again Oscar was awesome in the assistance he gave in picking out just the right materials for our dream bathroom. The work began on the date as agreed. The staff was there on time , covering all the walkways and bedroom furniture to prevent dust and dirt. Again, this was completed very professionally. The men worked all day for several days and if a question arose, they would consult with me about how to proceed, keeping me in the loop. The job went smoothly and was completed in a very short time. I have to say that our master bathroom has had a stunning transformation.. it is beautiful. The quality of all the work was first rate and it is the nicest room in the house. I can't thank DMV and Oscar enough for the great job they did. I would certainly recommend them to anyone contemplating a remodeling and can assure you that the work will be first rate. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"All of the crews that worked here over an 8 week period did an excellent job. I was particularly concerned about nails in the carport and driveway from the old deck debris and in the process of building the new decks, but I needn't have worried. The job sites were completely cleaned up each day when they left. No sooner had the new laundry room been finished, than a leak developed in a corner. The guys came back, had to cut into the new drywall, and subsequently call a plumber. I came home from work to discover the plumbing crew replacing a section of sewer pipe! The walls were then quickly patched and repainted. Though construction is stressful, particularly in the home, I never doubted the work would be done professionally and neatly.
