"Jeff from A Better Door and Window arrived on time, explained what he'd be doing and approximately how long it would take. He went to work immediately and didn't stop until the new Liftmaster opener was installed. Despite below zero temperatures, he got the opener installed and did not short cut his explanation at the end of installation. He thoroughly explained how everything works and how we should maintain our opener, door springs and hinges. He provided our instruction book and also explained that the instructions were also on the unit itself. The opener seems to be working perfectly. Really terrific experience. I do recall that they said they were going to re-screen at the same day, but it turns out they had to come back. He took the broken ones and came back with a new one. That was kind of disappointing."
