Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "Kyle and crew were good. There were some minor damages from the roofing work which they fixed: 2 window screens replaced and did a paint touch up on my brown gambrel tile that was scraped. Also came back to replace one side of rake flashing on one side of the house and tightened the other side to complete all roofing work. "John was prompt and responsive to our inquiry and came out to give us a quote within a few days. The quote and timeline given for the job were very fair. As soon as our windows arrived John and his assistant came out to do the install. Installation of the windows and AC went smoothly and the finished project was excellent! They framed about the windows and AC beautifully and took the extra step and attention to frame them out nicely on the exterior of our home as well. In the process of cutting the hole for the AC unit they discovered that some electrical wiring needed to be moved. The electrician John sent out to move the wiring and install a plug for AC unit was a pleasure to work with as well. He even took the time to replace a light switch and some electrical outlets for us last minute. We have been so please with the new windows and not having to move the AC in the spring and fall is priceless! John and his crew were prompt, friendly, and courteous which in our experience can be hard to find in the world home repair services! We also appreciated that they cleaned up after the job was complete. Most importantly, the quality of their work was fantastic! We plan to hire John again when we are ready to tackle a couple of the other home projects on our list. We would highly recommend his services!!!"

"Bertie came out to look at the gate on a Wednesday night. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."
