"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. If you need appliance repair or installation or plumbing work, contact him. He is fast, professional, courteous (he wore a face mask at my request since my wife is immune-compromised), and fair. "Great! Ruslan was prompt, professional, courteous and fair pricing. I later learned he is the business owner, so I’m clear I’d receive great service every time. He fixed my microwave quickly (while it was an easy DIY fix, I did not want to risk the shock myself if I didn’t discharge correctly, was glad I left to professional). He also very quickly assessed my fridge issue recommending it was not worth repairing as even a well done job would lead to leaking/floor damage down the line. I really appreciated that he was able to come out same day- also that while I was given a 3 hr window, I got an update when he was on his way and could even track his arrival time via the link he send me. Will definitely call again next time I need help with an appliance! Lastly, the service fee was applied to repair, and was lower than others I had contacted, which I appreciated as I knew I might be on replacement path instead of repair with the fridge!"

"Thermador gave me three appliance service companies to call.  Appliance Service Station was the most professional.  I made the appointment then later got a call from them that they would be unable to obtain the part needed.  They then told me how to make an appointment with Bosch factory service, which is the same company as Thermador, since they'd have the part.  Unfortunately it is a long wait for the appointment with Bosch.  Anyhow, Appliance Service Station was very proactive in helping me even though it did not result in a service trip for them. <br />"

"I have a frost-free Whirlpool refrigerator that had frost build-up. Boris tested the heating element and transfer cable which both were functional. The issue was a control board that failed. He ordered the part and returned two days later to install new parts. Boris was cordial and professional in his work. I offered to pay him for his first day of diagnosis but he told me he would collect after the job was completed. I will use him in the future for all appliance repairs. I very happy to have selected his services."

While scheduling he asked how old the oven was, as well as make and model, and he took a moment to verify that he would be able to order parts for it BEFORE he came out which, of course, was a huge time and fee saver. Before I got on Angie's List, I hadn't realized he could repair an oven... I had hired him a few years ago to help with our refrigerator and he was amazing during that episode as well. "Had a very good experience with Tom repairing our GE washer. I used the Angie's List match search and found A 1 Accomplished Appliance Repair when our regular person was not available. I was able to reach Tom right away. After describing the issue to him, he then provided me with several options for time windows to come and check out the issue which included the same afternoon. I was glad as it was Friday and I didn't want to have to deal with an non-working washer over the weekend. When he was running behind, he sent me a text early enough with an estimated arrival time so that I could run other errands. When he arrived, he was professional and quickly assessed the issue. Luckily, it was not too complicated and he had the part on his rig. Very happy with the service and repair to have it taken care of the same day. I would recommend and call again in the future."
