"Long's Floors installed carpet and vinyl approximately 7 years ago. When we had major water damage, the first person I called was Jayson at Long's Floors. We were extremely happy the first time around and just as happy the second time with Long's Floors. Jayson is very professional, knows the products, and is helpful making suggestions. The installers are top of the line professionals. The carpet looks beautiful after a perfect install in three bedrooms, hall, and steps. The steps are complicated; the installers had no problem and the job was perfection. The closets turned out just as nice. The vinyl looks great and, again, a perfect professional install. "The professionals at Vogel's carpets were extremely helpful and patient during our carpet selection, provided carpet samples as needed. During the carpet installation, the installers, Jose and Nelson, managed to travel to my home during challenging weather and completed the project in a timely manner. The installation was difficult due to the "barn style" door that we have in the house and a circular area under the stairwell but Jose and Nelson installed the new carpet beautifully and I'm very happy with the results. They cleaned & vacuumed the rooms and made sure that we were happy with the final results before leaving the premises. I recommend Vogel's and will use them again if needed."
