Once we chose our carpet they set a date for the tear out and install. The tear out and install happened right on schedule and they did a perfect job with minimal disruption to the rest of the home. There were no huge stains to work on. The stairway was left with dark edges. I called the company to come back and they cleaned the stairs again.
