"I was most impressed with Jason and his crew. Besides being very personable, they clearly know their stuff. The work was finished on time, budget appropriate, and every night I came home to a totally cleaned-up area. The quality of the work was excellent despite having at the last minute to change and revise our plans for the week. Jason was very communicative in learning about our needs and meeting them. It was a fully positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again."

"We had a leak behind the wall in an upstairs bedroom. I found Kees Construction on a whim searching for estimates- doing the usual, get 3 estimates and go with the middle price. I started with them and never even bothered looking for anyone else. These guys are exceptional. They showed up on time, were thorough and friendly and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing. There were no surprises, John kept me updated on the costs and what to expect throughout the project. We had the same 2 guys working on the house start to finish which made everything very comfortable and seamless. Start to finish only took a few days and they left the house soo clean! The right side of the house had the leak. Knowing the siding wouldn't match our old aluminum siding, we had them side the other side too. We can't believe how great everything turned out. It looks like a new house! Thanks so much Kees Construction. Definitely recommend them for any size project!"

"The working crew were professional, courtesy and went above basics to ensure all needs and wants were met."

"My husband and I needed to have our bathroom and kitchen remodeled. We solicited quotes from 3 contractors and selected Dougherty to do the work. Since my husband and I are both retired we had plenty of interaction with the Dougherty staff and their subcontractors. We were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I love my new kitchen and bathroom! Yes, there were minor problems, but we have an old house and went into the project knowing they might uncover some things. Their staff collaborated with us when any issues arose so that we could reach a workable solution. The final cost was within 10% of the original bid, mostly due to cabinet upgrades. We have since contracted separately with three of the Dougherty subs, one for routine HVAC maintenance and the others for a large room that needed drywall repair and painting. I would hire Dougherty again without hesitation."

"We don’t have enough great things to say about Jaylee. They were quick, precise, and do great work! They totally transformed our outdated cabinets and added a fresh coat of paint. Also installed ceiling fans and new blinds. We highly recommend Jaylee!"

"BiiLT Contracting replaced our carpet flooring with LVP and we love it! I highly recommend BiiLT Contracting for any construction project and had a great experience working with them: easy to contact and schedule, prompt responses, by far the lowest quote, great customer service, very professional, organized, friendly and considerate staff, worked within set budget, workers cleaned up project area every day at the end of the work-day."

"Work was completed on time and professionally. The steps look great!"

"Coming from an engineering and construction family, Out of the Ordinary Construction exceeded our expectations. Credible outfit with incredible results! Their work is the best I have seen both with ?behind the wall? repairs and in with ?front of the wall? installation and aesthetics. Out of the Ordinary Construction is not like other contractors that often use a ?one size fits all? approach. They have a genuine passion for solving construction problems and delivering custom high quality results. They arrive on site when they say they will, treat your property with respect, and communicate well so there are no surprises. John is collaborative, transparent, and knowledgeable in many disciplines of construction. John and his crew took the time to explain the job and options for repair in detail allowing me to make a informed choices based on cost and timing. I am so glad that I hired Out of the Ordinary Construction to repair the damage from a wax ring failure."
