"Extremely satisfied. My GE front loader washing machine stopped working just on specific key cycles. I requested a quote from multiple suppliers along with providing specific details about the machine behavior - I was trying to figure out if this was a setting or filter problem that I could handle or whether I needed a repair person. Matt from R&B Appliance wrote back promptly with his thoughts on what the problem might be and gave me a few suggestions to try on the machine. His suggestions pinpointed the problem situation, and I scheduled a repair appointment for the following week. Before the scheduled day, I was looking over the lower sections of the machine in detail and discovered considerable rust which had not yet caused problems but looked like problems waiting to happen so I decided to replace the machine versus repair. I cancelled the appointment and didn't actually have R&B come out. However, Matt's willingness to text back and forth with me to troubleshoot before scheduling an appointment was very helpful. In the future, when a major appliance needs repair, I will go straight to Matt at R&B due to his attitude and approach to assisting - this is the type of company I want to do business with. "We had another company (AAA appliances) come out earlier today. The man that came was not pleasant AT ALL and quickly concluded that several parts needed to be fixed and that the total cost to fix it was almost $700. Mind you, he didn't take anything apart, didn't move the fridge, nothing! It was a terrible experience and he even suggested at one point that we buy a new fridge. Fast forward a few hours and David comes to check on the fridge. He came to the door with a smile on his face and was ready to solve our problem. He assured us that it was a great fridge and that he was going to need to open up the panel and defrost to see what was going on. Turns out all we needed was one part, which he had in stock on his truck. He installed it for us, and it cost us less than $300. We are delighted to say that Appliance King of America is our go to from now on. We know that they are honest and have our best interest in mind."

"Called on Sunday morning and left a message. The call was returned an hour later by Mike. He was out to our house an hour later The Rheem air handler motor had to be replaced. The unit is around 8 years old. He did not have that model motor on him at the time. He made arrangements to come back the next morning if unable to return with the motor on Sunday. A technician come out on Monday and replaced the handler motor. Mike was very courteous and professional and the technician that came out was the same."
