"Scott re did my oak wood floors throughout the entire home in Jan feb 2020. at the end of the day,we had to rush it a w the covid alarms going out. but over all they did a great job! my feeling was good people too. But of course I could not call them back during the pandemic for some minor things i noticed within the year. then After everything passed, I got well from covid myself and remembered to call him back. around the start of 2022 i think. I started trying to contact Scott. now its 2025 and i have not heard back with any of my calls. No answer and never a return call... Does anyone know if he is still in business? Or is he OK? I ask because i dont feel like it is in hi professional nature to do such a big job and blow me off. also i see here that there are no reviews since 2019. I really need a repair and maintanance work done on the floors. Thank you I only give 3 stars because they never followed up with me. where as the original intall i would have given 5 stars. "
