"A lot of small stuff was off uneven tile seat where water won’t run off , did not evenly space tile to get rid of small pieces. Installed towel rack about three inches off center and covered our bedroom with a thick dust."

"I bid the project online and finalized McCoy Remodeling company for my exterior door replacement project. Their work is very nice and neat and reliable. At first I worry about the door alignment with the old frame. Because I only purchased the slab only (which save me some bucks). Many people told me the new door with old frame may not be easy to be adjusted perfectly. However, the work Allen did was very good. I would like to evaluate Allen's work and skill as superb. He is also very nice and kind. SO then I added some more small jobs for him to do. He finish all of the works. "Overall, I'm delighted with Veronica and Mike. They clean thoroughly and with such detail. They are happy to accept special requests when others refused to clean out the fireplace. When they accidentally broke a lightbulb, Mike ran out to buy and replace it. We didn't ask her to, they just did it. They use all their own equipment and products. She says she doesn't do windows but always cleans the front glass door without me asking. (For an extra charge, they are happy to do windows which I will have them do at some point.) She always washes and drys the small rugs in the bathrooms. They move and clean behind furniture. They always clean kitchen and bathroom counters removing any dust from the wood work. They even brush and vacuum the dog's bed."
