Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. Zohar also recommended to have a tile wall and floor tile that made the bathroom a beautiful one! More than that, he was very hard working worked extra hours because of our long schedules. "The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "Flawless Design was recommended to me by another family who had their house done with them and I truly got lucky. Gabi and Charlie were a pleasure to work with and that is something one rarely hears in the industry. They tore our hold house of about 2200 Sq Ft in Encino Hills and turned it into an over 5,000 square foot home. The house is nothing less than simple elegance and is one of the most beautiful homes in that neighborhood now as we have received numerous offers for purchase as well. 
I could see that it is important to Gabi to make this house exactly to our taste and went so much out of her way to work with us on the smallest details. Above all, I respected her integrity because she always made sure we know the price and labor before agreeing to anything so there were no surprises. That was huge to me personally because almost every remodel scenario I had heard about the customers ended up paying a great deal more than what was originally discussed and that was not the case for us. I also appreciated their timeliness and how they stuck to their word. In the end we had the house of our dreams. 
I can't recommend them high enough. If you speak to Gabi you'll realize instantly that she's a woman who has integrity and will not over promise or say something that she felt was not true. That is golden. We now have an immaculate house which has a simple but eloquent look and that is just what we were going for. The house has a traditional European feel to it with incredibly tall ceilings and functional features which Gabi recommended to me herself along the way. She is also great at designing any style if you let her know which style to work with. She continually takes classes to educate herself on tasteful and quality building and I can't say this for most of the candidates we interviewed. If you are reading this review and looking for a solid contractor I recommend them 100%.

"I worked with this company last year and they built us a new room on top of our existing first floor. We were bursting at the seams with three kids sharing two bedrooms and moving wasn't an option we wanted to deal with. The new room is about 50 by 30 feet which gave us two additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It was a massive project that took about four months from start to finish. Living through construction with kids was chaotic, the noise, the dust, having workers around constantly. There were days I questioned if we made the right call. But now that it's done, totally worth it."
