"Charles and Butch Frankens are a brother team who can do just about any kind of work needed in a home.  We currently began using them because our roof had a leak in which they were extremely prompt to rectify the issue.  We decided to extend the flooring to the rest of the upstairs that including pulling up carpet from our stairs and adding wood flooring there as well.  Our house was built in 1976, therefore, the stairs were wider than the typical staircase in today's homes.  They had to custom build each step - this time period was two weeks prior to Christmas in which they worked three evenings in a row to accomodate my work schedule.  The labor cost for this job (approximately 400 ft.) and the custom built staircase cost me around $1500 total.  The tiled floor that just place yesterday after they pulled up carpet, moved furniture, tiled, grouted, trimmed the entrance, and floor boards, cleaned the tile, moved back all the furniture cost me $1100 in labor (not including the cost of the tile).  This took them only a weekend to accomplish.  C. Frankens Construction is dependable, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs something done quickly but with excellent quality -- their integrity also keeps the labor cost low.  Butch even drove clear to Tyler to retrieve the right kind of wood for my upstairs bedrooms knowning that we were rushing because of family coming in for the holidays not charging me a penny for it!.  He was determined to keep my stress level low while completing something that they had started within the shortest time possible.  Reasonable cost, excellent quality, high work ethic, and dependability are the key words that describe the C.
