"I hired Maendel Construction to do several projects for me. They rebuilt my deck from the ground up. They installed handrails for m front stairs. They also did several repairs such as reinstalling the gutter, replacing damaged facia board, repairing handrails of the porch and the deck, repairing the front stairs, and replacing porch support posts. As you can see I hired them to do several jobs. They are very reliable, they keep their schedule and complete the job on time. Connor, the owner of the company, comes to the site and looks at it before giving estimates as opposed to estimates based on photos which often require revision after the workers come to the site. Connor is personable, open to suggestions and easy to work with. His workers are very diligent and skilled. I will hire them for my future projects too."

Identified some wind and hail damage and helped work with insurance company. Corey was great to work with on this project. Good communications, prompt and on time. Made helpful suggestions with product selection. Corey’s crew arrived on time and worked hard to complete the project in one day. Complete tear down of old deck, installation of new footers for stability and level, two sets of stairs rebuilt, Trex installation and a completely new rail system attached to existing logs. Very involved project but Jacob stayed on top of all the work, coordinated materials, provided valuable suggestions and was excellent with communicating the progress. He was super easy to work with - very knowledgeable and responsive and just a great guy. He’s a great musician too in his spare time. Highly recommend Jacob for any home project."
