"Labor day weekend and we had a toilet back up. Sewage all over our powder room and hallway floor. Worked on it through the day and finally called Roto Rooter at night. After spending time and working hard trying to clear the deain, the gentleman called for help. With lots if high tech instruments, the found where the problem was and how to fix it. Note that this was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. A big job, Roto Rooter completed it in a few days (after the weekend) including significant cleanup. "We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. They said, "no problem, we'll take a look and get back to you."  They called about two hours later and explained everything to me. They sent a video so I could see what was going on and the hydro-jetted the line to clear the issue. Then we had a similar problem just this month. I called them and they encouraged me to work with Dekalb county to get the line under the sidewalk and road cleared. The video they provided helped and Dekalb came out and did the work. Not many companies will tell you that they "don't want to sound like they're turning down business, but ethically there are other issues going on here."  The bottom line is they could have shown up and provided the same service again but they knew there were other issues going on and talked me through how to talk to the county. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."
