The cheap Moen kitchen faucet the contractor installed had a broken hose and was spraying water into the cabinet and under the floors on either side of the sink. They had a beautiful Delta faucet set on the truck which they installed quickly and then answered all my plumbing questions. Thanks guys!"

Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. "Plumber Brian came to replace a leaky hot water heater valve. The old valve was plastic and had deteriorated. Brian brought in a heavy duty brass valve replacement and skillfully removed the old valve and installed the new one. He cut and replaced nearby pipes as needed and offered suggestions on keeping our hot water heater in service a little longer. He did a surpurb job. Really a skilled plumber."

They were able to start the job quickly and did a fantastic job! "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment.
