He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

Our crawl space was humid, and unbeknownst to us, we had two black snakes in residence. The difference in air quality inside our house has been enormous. Our A/C comes on less than 1/4 as often. Our air feels more comfortable (drier?) and there are no musty smells wafting up. They installed a very effective dehumidifier in the space and closed off all exterior openings. We haven't seen any creepy crawlies in our kitchen since they closed all the gaps between crawl space and house. This installation has made a big difference in how our house feels."

"The original issue was getting a leak repaired from the A/C.  They were not able to find and repair the leak.  I don't blame them though.  They repaired the attic crawl space access hole, which I am happy it is safer, but I am unhappy that the A/C line was not confirmed to be repaired.  I was only able to get the ceiling painted and I think they may have damaged my A/C.  The A/C worked before the repair and did not work after.  It is a tenant occupied property so I wasn't able to be present for the repair.  I was a little let down by this service.  The A/C is about a year old and now it is costing me additional money to get it diagnosed and repaired.
