"Precision Home Repair did a great job in completing the laundry list of repairs we had from our buyers' home inspection. Including reinforcing attic trusses, replacing water damaged siding, repairing water damaged window sills and trim and stairway banister, replacing a window, repairing an improperly cut joist, and repairing water damaged joists in our crawlspace. They were very quick and thorough in their work. I called them and they were able to come out that same week and start the work. The work would've been done even sooner but we had to wait on the window to come in. Upon inspection of their work it was all complete, good clean work. The price was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved, and Jeff was very patient with me as I kept calling him to check up (nervous seller's syndrome). "Call Mr Fixiit's team are skilled tradesmen who are competent in their crafts. I did what everyone should do and got 3 estimates and chose Call Mr Fixit because he displayed exceptional knowledge of the work process, listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions and presented himself as the most capable and experienced contractor. <br />Dennis showed on time like all the others but his initial assessment was far more in depth and here is why. <br />1 Dennis looked at the job and offered several suggestions many of which I opted for. His input was based on current market trends that would increase the value of my home and and stayed within the parameters of what we wanted. <br />2 Dennis took the time to explain what had to be done at each step of the remodel process and explained what problems we could find during the process. No other contractors offered this information which negated any surprises. <br />3 Dennis then wrote the estimate on site with a complete list or "scope of work" to be done and prices. None of the other contractors could provide this information on site. <br />4 Dennis let me know up front that add on projects (and there were a few) would not be an issue. He was very professional and very easy to work with. <br />5 most importantly Dennis's estimates were spot on! No surprises. <br /> <br />When work day came everyone showed on time and went straight to work. It was like a military operation which was no surprise as Dennis is a retired Command Sergeant Major. The Call Mr Fixit crew is polite, professional and efficient. The guys were very easy going and personable. I am not only very happy with their work, work ethic, and attention to details but also enjoyed their company.
