"Garage door would not lift because it came unbolted. They went to Lowe's
and bought the parts about $22 then installed them and got the garage
door to lift again. It is a bit unsightly but it was our only option and
it was cheaper than installing a whole new panel. Arrived at 8:30, bought the parts and finished the work 11:30

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."

"Robert came out and discussed our issue extensively including cost and maintenance for several options.  He asked for nothing down upfront and was payed upon satisfactory completion of his work which came with a 1 year warranty.
We had a few unavoidable issues arise that Robert handled professionally.  Our initial plan was to avoid having to cut our driveway.  Robert and his team really put a lot of effort into getting that pipe under the driveway without cutting it, but it just wasn't possible. There was a huge rock in the way!  Some damage was done to my neighbors yard when removing the tree.  Since it was so close to the property line, the damage was within reason.  Not only did he fix the spot and resod, he made sure that my neighbor was satisfied also with the solution.
It was trash day on the day we had a hole in our driveway and Robert lifted my empty cans over the gap and placed them in my garage for me!  Upon completion of the project, they had cleaned up my driveway and also the surrounding road area!
When we restarted the sprinkler system in the spring, we realized it needed some fine tuning.  As indicated in the one year warranty, Robert came out to make adjustments.  During the adjustments, my husband asked Robert on the fly to add another sprinkler head and fix some aerator damage, which he did at a very reasonable price.
There was a range of issues that we needed fixed: cement, tree, sprinkler, yard, drainage and Royal Landscaping did it all!  I would recommend him to anyone!
