The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them.
