"I had 2 systems replaced by Fresh Air Flow. They provided outstanding service and excellent communication from quote to final invoice. The only company that provided an itemized quote, listing every piece of equipment and service and the price. Ben, Steve, and Greg were very professional and skilled at their trade. They kept the job site clean and cleaned up after the job was done. They spent about half day each to install the two systems. They wore masks and were safety conscious. I was very pleased with the outcome and warmly recommend Ben, his company and his crew."

After working on the clog for a lengthy time it was still clogged and we needed to find the clog in the basement. He carefully covered my work related items with a drop cloth and opened up the pipe. From there he snaked that entire pipe. We discussed that it should work and if eventually if it stops working we now know which pipe must be taken apart. when it was time t pay he asked me if the increase was acceptable which I agreed to. Keith spent approx 3 hrs working on trying to unclog these clogs. He was friendly and professional and reasonable. I would reccommend him and his company!!"
