"Extremely pleased with On Top Roofing. Arrived on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Very pleasant people to deal with from Tim and Alise in the office to the workers on the roof. The price was right and the roof looks great!"

"Communication was good. We had to coordinate with removal of solar panels. We were held up a little bit waiting for a building permit but once that was resolved the install was scheduled a few days later. The crew of 7 arrived at 7 AM and worked non-stop until 6 PM. Completing the entire roofing job from removing the old shingles, replacing some wood and installing the new shingles. They cleaned up the entire work area once done. I would highly recommend them for any roofing jobs you might have."

"the work was great, he went in their and cleaned up everything, and put in a piece of pad to cover it to keep the birds out; he also checked every part of the roof for any possible entries as well."

"They don't replace roofs on Mobile Homes."

"Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs."

"I recently had my roof replaced by Diamond Towers LLC, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend Diamond Towers LLC for anyone in need of roofing services. They truly exceeded my expectations!"

"I hired O.T.I. to replace the roof on my 6 family building. They installed asphalt shingles, with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind knowing I will never have to replace my roof again. They also did not surcharge me because the building is 3 stories high. Other roofing contractors wanted to charge me more money because The building is more then 2 stories high. It was a great experience, the crew was great, my property and tenants were treated with respect! You won't be disappointed!"

"Great job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation."

"MRO is a company that has a veteran, experienced crew. They back up their workmanship guarantee. Almost ten years after our roof was installed, a shingle came loose and Mark had a crew (the same crew) here within a week or so during peak roofing season to fix it!"

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."
