"Fall of 2012 Went to the store just to look at fireplace inserts to find out if ours could be repaired.  Ours was 40 years old and was beyond repair.  The owner's daughter answered all our questions about the new inserts.  She knew a lot about all their products.  Later when I did my research on-line it confirmed what she had said.   Went back to the store in May (after the busy season) and made an appointment for someone to come to our home and evaluate.  The owner showed up at the scheduled time and spent a few hours discussing our needs and options.  He even gave us advice about buying wood and how to make sure it is dry before burning. We decided to make the purchase with complete installation.  We paid half down and said there was no hurry for the install.    The next week we scheduled the install for a Monday in June.  When the day came the workers showed up as scheduled.  Cleaned the fireplace.  Installed the chimney liner.  Did not touch the TV antenna that is attached to the chimney.  Hauled our old insert away and they remembered to provide the log hoop and ash vacuum that we purchased.   They spent several hours to do the job and tested the blower for us.  They cleaned up and left nothing out of place.   We had chosen Glover in part because of good reviews on Angie's list.   Would highly recommend Glover's for those who want the best. <br />"
