I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. This description is for the last time I had Mynor fix something, but I have actually been using him for years.  In the last few years, I had him install a new disposal, fix my washing machine, and a few other things.  I have never had any problems with his work.  He is very trustworthy, and if I ask, he takes the time to explain to me exactly what he is doing.  I will definitely be calling him whenever I have any problems with any of my appliances.
