"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Excellent workmanship, professionally done!!! They installed a knee wall and screened in our back porch. It looks like it came with the house!!! The attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding. Likewise, the finished room they completed looks like it came with the house. "Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! We were so pleased with their work and we highly recommend Jesus and his crew! We have even reached out to Jesus to give us an estimate on replacing our gutters! I would definitely hire Jesus again!"

"We interviewed six vendors to receive estimates and explore various products and installation options.  The price estimates of our top three were fairly close.  We chose American Siding in-part because it is a local small business, but also because of the product line and workmanship techniques described  The project was delayed about a month from the target start date due to prior job sire requesting additional work not included in their original contract.  Our project included high end vinyl siding with foam backing and we had over 30 windows on the house and shed.  Paul worked with us to use lower grade siding and windows on the shed to help keep costs down.  His crew of Jonathan and Dave were professional and friendly, very hard workers.  We had frequent discussions to be kept up to speed on the work being and the progress of the job.  A separate crew did the roof which took only two days, although the second day ended at about 8:30.  The overall job took about five weeks.  A great deal of attention to detail was paid to the installation process.  The siding was applied on top of the existing siding.  A lot of time was spent on building out the windows so they would not be recessed.  Many other details that are not seen were attended to that I believe some other companies would skip.  Our original contract was for 40K but we had an additional $700 overrun.  This was for the replacement of a large amount of rotten wood beyond the amount agreed to upfront.  We have had several compliments from our neighbors and are delighted with the appearance.  We have several improvements immediately.  The house is quieter, the temperature throughout the house is much more even and the ac runs less often.  Even when you go from downstairs to upstairs the temperature is constant and it no longer feels as stuffy upstairs.  This is in part due to the venting in the roof.  All in all we highly recommend considering American Siding Inc."

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting.  They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."

"They were fast, efficient, and CLEAN. Very professional. Work was really well done- biggest problem is that the part of the ceiling they installed is so much nicer than the part that wasn't affected by the flood. Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.

"So Beautiful! I am finally once again so proud of my 2nd home! I almost passed over this company just based on the name alone. But I am so glad that I hired them. Allen is a true old-school craftsman and he does just about everything. Due to life circumstances, the exterior of my 2nd home was neglected for too many years. "TRS nearly completed my sunroom except for a few finish items which they have not attempted to correct after many requests. In review; the cold, dark shell of a room cost me in excess of $280 per/SF (a number greater than what Pulte Homes or any home builder spend to build a finished home). Among other issues; the "supervisor" rarely was on site to address issues that arose with the construction or didn't coordinate with my electrical contractor, items in the contract never materialized like a dumpster and the laborers used my wheelbarrow to mix cement, etc.
