"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Great customer service The project was done on time My flat roof repair turned out great and very reasonable"

"We were extremely satisfied with the roof repair that Elegant Home Improvement did for us and we highly recommend them to everyone. We really appreciated the high quality customer service that Jim provided. He answered the phone whenever we called, and Jim personally met us at our home to inspect the roof and provide us with a very reasonable quote. He worked around the bad weather and our schedule to repair our roof at a time that was convenient for us. The team did an excellent job with the repairs. The repairs were completed with a very high quality of work, and they even went above and beyond by fixing one of our broken gutters for us. We will definitely call Elegant Home Improvement if we ever need any help with our roof."

"Do not do roofing certification"

"The guys were very professional and polite, they did a great job. This is the second time we have used them and we would definitely hire them again. They replaced the missing shingles, checked the entire roof, flashings, pipe sealants, and ridge vents. They sealed everything that needed touched up. They also cleaned and tightened up the gutters and downspouts. Once they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up behind them."

"Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience."

"I was extremely pleased with the porch roof shingle replacement and the repairs done to my upper roof.. William was very professional and easy to work with. The whole process was very stress free. Thank you for the wonderful job."

"Jimmy did a great job in pointing out old roof problems, worked out great even with delays! Roof looks really great"
