Mike was very helpful explaining what type of carpet/ fiber we need for basement and best available options for our budget. He explained in much detail of how installation will go and what to expect. As told, job was completed before time and place was well cleaned . We did not had to worry about anything. We were very satisfied with the service, product and installation on our floors."

A date was scheduled and we received a confirmation call the day before. Workers arrived and were friendly, efficient, clean and their work was properly done. "Ultimate Carpets responded immediately to my call and scheduled an appointment at my convenience within a couple days. The owner arrived right on time and discussed his process and showed me his photo album of before and after pictures and many personal notes of thanks and recommendations from his customers. Impressive. I was considering replacing my 21 x 13 foot family room berber carpet immediately because it was getting worn and was stained from spills and a new dog . He told me to wait and see what it looked like after he finished first. Within 10 minutes he began moving small furniture/tables etc and got to work. In less than two hours he had finished the family room and formal living room which was newer berber carpet but which also had a couple stains. He pre-treated the stains and then used a powerful cleaner system with a hose that goes to his van. This system worked much better than any portable carpet cleaner I have ever used myself or other companies have cleaned my carpets with. The carpets were pretty dry later that night. I was amazed at how good they looked. I even delayed buying new carpet for the family room for a while. The owner takes great pride in his work, was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. I will defintely use Ultimate Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners again. I was thrilled with the results!!"

We choose Eucalyptus flooring for the main floor with some vinyl planks in the kitchen. Items came quickly and then they had a crew ready in 2 weeks. The crew was excellent. It took a day to do the hardwood, and half a day for the vinyl. They were profession and the work looked perfect when done. The crew was quick and always made sure what they were doing was want we wanted if there were any questions. The staff from National Carpet always made sure we knew what was going on and what was next. The price for service and flooring was the best out of 4 places we checked. They were not high pressure lets sign today either like other places and they were willing to work with you to get what you wanted. Whenever we get more flooring work done, this is the place I am going too."
