"joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

"This is a follow-up to a previously posted review. I do not want to change the ratings, but i do not recommend this company for electric fixes with the pump. We had them come out because our well stopped working. It ended up being a problem with the power going out to the unit. They rewired our well but the wire was left out and we were told we just had to burry it ourselves. Afterwards, I called an electrician just to make sure everything was done properly since the wires were bypassing the electrical panel on one end and the breaker was not connected on the other end. This ended up being a much bigger deal than they let on (as we suspected). I am glad I followed up. The company was great with the response time and they did have our well working relatively fast, but we went from a water problem to an electrical one."

"Everything went very well. Called David’s on a Sunday when our well pump stopped working. Left a message, and was called back within just a few minutes. 15 minutes later, David’s nephew was here and quickly narrowed the problem down to a failed capacitor and control box. He also offered to replace the pressure switch assembly, which although still working was likely to soon fail. They had the parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour. Excellent customer service from a neighborhood family owned business. We would definitely use their service again in the future."

The two young men were available for questions and were very agreeable. This type of service and reasonable pricing is why we used them ."
