I had had a couple fails in that area so he agreed to come out and look. He and George cleared the area out, dug a hole to get to my pipe on the outside of the house. Shortly thereafter I received an email back from Ron asking for the best way to communicate. I emailed my cell phone and a little while later Ron called. I explained my situation and we set up a date and time. Ron came to my house, at the predetermined time and spent an hour of his personal time, walking around the exterior and then the lower level of my house processing all the information and concerns I had about moisture in and around my house, then assessing and formulating, in his expert opinion, the best plan of attack for my situation. After an hour or so, Ron told me about a company that he thought could definitely help me with my specific situation.
