"Working with Paul and his team was a good experience from start to finish. They know blown insulation in and out and are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They did a great job. My only caveat is that they are not particularly familiar with fiberglass insulation installation. Instead of attaching it inside of the rafters, it was attached to the outside, making it difficult to wall over the top of. Other than that tiny frustration- they were extremely fair and honest in their time and work. Great guys!"

At the estimate, since they had a flexible working schedule, we found out they could complete our insulation work that same day. "We contacted Angie’s List for recommendations for Blow-in Insulation to refresh older insulation in our attic. Three companies we recommended to us. Two phoned the next day. I never heard from the third. I told both I was gathering information and would call to schedule an estimate. I called and scheduled two companies, including USA Insulation, to come make an estimate. One company called one minute before scheduled and wanted to re-schedule. Chris from USA was on time. We were pleased with his offer and accepted. He scheduled the installation for the next day. William and his helper arrived, set everything up, and went to work. I checked regularly and photographed the attic. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned the area. We were quite pleased. Shortly after completion, Michael, a company inspector, arrived to check the work. I would give the company an A+."

Provided a quote that was within Angi’s price range for install labor per sqft and insulation cost per sqft. Arranged install date, arrived as expected, installed drop cloths in areas affected, installed insulation, shared installed video of both areas, and thoroughly cleaned up interior work areas satisfactorily. "Waters impressed us from the initial meeting when they assessed our roof to the final product. They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof. We will not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them."
