"After our front loading Whirlpool Duet washing machine stopped mid cycle on Saturday night I knew we had an issue. Our machine wasn't draining water at all causing the machine to stop and show an error code. I called Phil of Doyle's Appliance Repair on Sunday morning. He returned my phone call quickly and we made an appointment for him to come see what was going on for Tuesday morning. Phil showed up promptly at 8:00 am and quickly got his tools and got down to business. After 15-20 minutes Phil had assessed the issue and found the issue to be a small piece of torn fabric that was wrapped around the drain pump impeller. <br /> He was able to remove the debris from the pump gently so no other damage was incurred. He ran a test cycle and we were all set! No need to replace the pump or remove any parts. Phil was great! He's knowledgable, professional, courteous and seems like an all around good guy.
