"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

"Angel responded to my call almost immediately. He stopped by that afternoon to assess the job and gave me a quote later that day. He was able to schedule the work within several days after that. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the toilet, which was not flusing properly. He was able to order a replacement flush handle from the manufacturer at no cost and once it arrived, he came back and installed it for no additional charge. All in all, a very good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing or heating issue and recommend him highly."

"I have a Home Warranty with AHS and the Home Warranty company called A-1 Appliance to come out and do my repairs.  A-1 Appliance told my husband many parts were needed and would be ordered and they'd be back in touch to schedule the next visit.
 I heard nothing by 4 days later so I called the AHS and they knew nothing.  It turns out  that A-1 does not work on "sealed systems" but they did not convey that or anything else to my Home Warranty Company who also dropped the ball.  They next called New England Appliance Repair who came right away and also told me they needed many parts.  Instead of waiting days and days, N.E. Appliance expedited the shipment of the parts and they're return to my home so that within a couple of days the repairman Bill was back here repairing not only my refrigerator but my wall oven as well which was way off temperature.  I will tell AHS in the future that I only want to use N.E.A.!"
