Joe recommended going with a wireless switch for the basement lights to avoid having to run a long cable to the bulkhead doorway - that was a better idea than what I had originally thought. In order to find a pilot light switch for our attic (one that glows red when the lights are on - because you don't see the lights if you accidentally leave them on), he had to go to two different electrical supply stores. Joe worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up afterwards. For sure we will hire him for any future electrical needs."

Before installing the lights, he went through a few specifics of how the process would work, specific to my home, where there was a central air duct to potentially contend with close to a spot where I wanted one of the lights and we discussed the approach so I knew what to expect in advance. He was careful and conscientious about my protecting my new floors, before beginning work, he carefully planned out the lights, carefully installed them by himself quickly but without rushing, and then helped me plan out other phases of the electrical work for project.
