"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Jeff and his team did a FABULOUS job!!!! Everyone was great and such hard workers. His team was always prompt, very friendly, and ready to work. The amount of skill that was put in for the remodeling of my mother’s bathroom was incredible. My mother is now in love with her new bathroom thanks to Jeff’s team!! Special shout out to Elvis and his wife for their hard work and willingness to help out when needed. Their kind hearted souls and work ethic shows how dedicated they are to their job. "We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects. "We had a fantastic experience with this company. Joe (the owner) was responsive, constructive, easy to work with, and reliable, and he did very high quality work. We had a quite extensive basement finishing project (finishing about 50% of a previously unfinished basement) that involved planning the use of the space, adjusting the plumbing organization to accommodate the bathroom we wanted to put in, installing electrical circuitry, installing the bathroom, rebuilding the stairs, installing a substantial network of soffits to enclose ducts and plumbing, and of course installing all the drywall, flooring, finishing etc needed to complete the space. Throughout the project Joe stayed in touch with us about plans and choices, and was flexible about accommodating our preferences while also giving us sage advice based on his (extensive) experience. He started on time and completed the work in line with the expected schedule. Joe did much of the work himself but he also brought in other specialists as needed, on schedule and with minimum fuss (plumber, electrical, etc), and he handled interactions with the town inspectors effectively too. He even helped us with some issues elsewhere in the house that came up while he was working on the basement, and came back to help us install some decorative items that we ordered but did not arrive before he officially finished. We are extremely happy with the end result and use the space almost every day. Anyone who sees the space is also very impressed. It's a wonderful addition to our home and exactly what we hoped for."
