"Excellent service all the way around"

"I required the services of a Roofing Organization to remove and replace several damaged Boral Tiles on my home. Part of the services which I required was locating and sourcing the "hard to find" tiles to match my home's roof. Urban Exteriors, (Lyndon) was very responsive, professional with no concern of the size of the project. Within two days the required tiles were located, sourced and installed. I was extremely pleased with Urban Exteriors' professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship! Larry M"

"After that storm last year our home sustained significant hail damage that our insurance originally denied. I called Advanced Exteriors for a second opinion and Sean Tillotson came to our home to assess the damage. Not only was our roof damaged but we had gutter, paint, and windows damaged. Sean was able to resubmit everything back to insurance and everything got paid. They did an excellent job restoring our home. Thank you! I would highly recommend!"

"Two years ago, our HOA experienced a hailstorm that destroyed most of the roofs in our corner of our HOA. It was a time when our part of Colorado was experiencing a lot of severe weather. Getting in touch with an insurance adjuster not to mention a roofer was near impossible. So we resorted to our circle of family and friends, and they recommended NIWOT ROOFING. One call later we had their roofer getting past our insurance company's backlog and they scheduled an inspection of our roof, with both our roofer and our insurance adjuster on our roof together. Both were in agreement that our roof needed to be replaced. After that the Niwot Roofer agent took care of all the paperwork and in no time, we had a contract and a scheduled date to replace our roof. They even managed to do it when my wife and I were on vacation in Hawaii. They did the job in ONE day and even kept us informed by sending us drone pictures of every step of the replacement, so we knew what was going on in real time. W"

"Chris at Five Sons Roofing was fantastic! Straightforward and had our best interests in mind. We were originally looking to fix a leak in our flat roof over our back patio, but after inspecting the roof, Chris recommended a full roof replacement. After approval, Chris took us through the project with great communication and efficient work. He and his crew were done in one day, and the new roof looks fantastic. I will recommend Five Sons to anyone who needs roofing done!"

"We had the company replace our roof and gutters. From start to finish, they were clear, concise, efficient and went out of there way to make this experience as easy as possible. Their marketing strategy is on point with current trends. From dealing with the insurance company and HOA forms, to literally walking around the house multiple times to pick up any debris or nails, they are certainly on top of their game. They identified out-dated and underlying issues from the previous installation, then communicated to me that they would bring everything up to code. Their pricing guarantee is outstanding guaranteeing that I will only have to pay my insurance deductible. Anything above that, they cover. Wow! Extra effort example: The project manager on site cleared a path of shingle debris and nails, so I could take my dogs outside, throughout the day. They also donated $100 to a charity of my choosing; The Humane Society being my choice. Overall, the professionalism, promptness, and workmanship is top notch."

"We needed to replace our wood shingle roof and after receiving bids locally that we thought exorbitant I contacted Anji for recommendations out of our locality. We were contacted by several Denver area roofers but chose Lenny Roundtree’s after reading Anji reviews and speaking with Lenny. He did a wonderful job, exactly as contracted and timely. We love our new synthetic shingles’ look and have the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood! We highly recommend Lenny Roundtree for a professional job and fair price."

"A metal roof was installed as part of the construction of a new residence. The metal roof included incorrect materials that were installed improperly. Ready Roofer was able to replace the roof with their superior Euroshield hail-proof product in a timely way. I appreciated the level of supervision and quality that went into the replacement roof. I would strongly recommend Ready Roofer for projects in Northern Colorado."

"

The roof replacement wasn't straight forward but Ed Picciano was diligent in pursuing the manufacturer's rep in getting detailed instructions on how to do the roof properly in a manner that would ensure the manufacturer's (GAF) warranty.

The roof had non-soffited eaves and cathedral ceilings so to get proper attic ventilation he had to install the GAF 'Cobra' Intake Pro rooftop vent. This is a relatively new product but it was the ONLY proper way to ventilate the attic without extensive eave re-work.

All through the process Ed kept me appraised of the situation; reassuring us that he would get the job done on budget, on time, and properly. Which he did admirably. Call Climax Roofing-they won't let you down.

"Went great! Greg got his crew there fast and got the tear off and new roof on quick. His crew cleaned up all roof stuff from around the house. He worked well with inspectors. No issues, he even came back to touch up paint on a roof vent."
