"Provider hired to repair 4 handrail wrought iron posts in front & back entrances of duplex. Without my knowledge or consent, 2 handrail posts were removed that had No rust. These were Safe & STURDY, and did not need any repair! However, I had to pay for Ceazor s brother s mistake! In addition: Provider did not remove rust areas on concrete surrounding all the posts. Rust areas had temporary fixes that Washed away D/T April rainfall! Several attempts made to contact provider by phone, text, & Email with no response from Bruce/provider! Finally, responds from Bruce ,,,arranged a return day to finish job ,,however No Show! Another day was set to finish job. This time ,, provider showed up with a New reconsidered plan & wanted to replace 2 Sturdy, Safe & non-rusted handrail posts. This never was a consideration between us! Provider tried to pressure me to agree to his added new job. I refused to have this unnecessary work. All I wanted was to properly remove all rust areas. Upon disagreeing with provider, he abruptly and angrily left,,, Refusing to satisfactorily complete job! Provider hustled his helpers into his truck & shouted out you want your money back?,, I ll Mail you a check ! Needless to say, that never happened. In addition , I had to ask for a payment receipt and fill it out completely!?"
