When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! He indicated repairs were needed and provided a quote. So, I felt like I paid for a quote which most companies will do for free. The quote for repairs was significant. I questioned if it would be better to replace the roof and asked for a quote for that and he never got back to me.

"Ken did an excellent job. Over four days he replaced 17 windows, a patio door, and a storm door. He also replaced the interior trim around several of the windows. They arrived on time every day and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional. "Jason Walker, owner and installer, was very professional and courteous.  He did exactly what he said he would do and more.  He called before coming over each day to let me know when he would be arriving.  He and Kenny were very careful to clean up any messes created by the process.  He was thorough with all of the work and was careful to explain the process.  He was also very careful about the plantings around and near the foundation.  Put down boards to protect the lawn from the wheelbarrow loads of dirt that were removed.    I can't imagine the other company that bid the job and said it would be done in a day, would have been as thorough or as careful of my plantings and the house.  The other company also told me I didn't need a header for the 4 ft by 4 ft hole they were cutting into the foundation of the house.  Wrong!  I am very pleased with Jason and the job he did.
There is absolutely no hesitation on my part to recommend him to anyone needing a basement egress window or basement drainage system.  This is the kind of contractor you want working for you."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
