"Noah and his team were professional and efficient. We have the concrete redundant our garage as well as some concrete poured in our backyard and side yard. We also had the garage insulated and new drywall put in with a fresh cut of paint. I especially appreciated their attention to keeping their area clean as we've had a lot of work previously done to the home and didn't want dirt or concrete on other areas of our home. "The project manager was a good salesman with the promise of a discounted price because another job had been canceled and they could start in two days, and I could take advantage of the insurance and bond already having been paid. He inferred he didn't want to lose it. Although I knew that probably wasn't true, as all big companies have insurance and workman's comp in place, I wanted my deck done quickly and my next estimator could not come out for two weeks. Although the salesman claimed I was getting a good deal, the contract seemed a bit high, and sales tax added. I have never had sales tax added separately on this type of work. They did not demolish all the brick work as in the contract. They tried to use untreated wood under the deck which I was specific that was why the old deck needed to be replaced. Luckily, we caught that. The job was done quickly and clean up was nominal; however, I have found the concrete base of the demolished brick work was just covered with dirt and it still remains."

"I decided to plant big trees on the the front yard for much-needed shade. I wanted a stone retaining wall, actually several. I also requested a few more on the back, making sure I had enough space for these trees. Indeed they did a great job. I am pleased with the punctuality of the team, they worked pretty fast. The walls were made sturdy and most important ... aligned!"

"They installed sliding glass door for me. They did a poor job of it. While framing it, they ignored or grossly misread the structural engineer's drawings (failing to install a column attached to the ground), which seemed incredibly dangerous. They only installed it after my wife noticed it before they covered it up, and then they still needed me to verify with the structural engineer that a column should actually go all the way to the footing. Thank God my wife saw it. They left trash and debris everywhere throughout the project. They also improperly sealed the door, and now it leaks whenever it rains. We have tried to call them to fix the seal around the door multiple times. They said they would fix it, but now they simply do not return our calls. Avoid this contractor!"
