MGD LLC displayed the attributes we hoped to see in our contractor, an accurate estimate, project start and completion on time, daily cleanup, tool and equipment organization, and excellent communication throughout the duration of the project. We were informed of dates and arrival times for MGD LLC work, and there was seamless coordination of sub-contractors, so that plumbers, electricians, glass installers, and tile installers would not be waiting on others, or getting in each other’s way. Above all, we most appreciated the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in the work displayed throughout the process."

"My wife and I had a good feeling and Ken and his crew right from the start. I was very worried about how big of a project my issue would become. He set me at ease right away and knew exactly how to address the issue. He also pointed out the specific cause of the water penetration and many other locations where I was in danger of having similar issues. Many of the smaller issues he basically rolled into the project for free. I felt even better about everything once he was into the project, so I went ahead and gave him the green light to address a long list of nice to haves" around the property. That led to him finding some additional major issues, but got them sorted at very reasonable rates. I was a full time property manager for 5 years by profession and now have had rentals of my own for 10 years. Ken is exactly the kind of crew I want working on my properties. I can trust that he's going to get it done without pulling a fast one on me or overselling me on things I don't need. He has his own rentals and I really felt we were on the same wavelength as far as the level of budget to quality ratio that I was looking for. A few minor mistakes were made by his crew but they took responsibility and in the end he made everything right. His crew were great guys too. My wife and I felt very comfortable having them working on the house. 5/5 recommend."

"If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didnâ t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasnâ t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasnâ t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didnâ t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didnâ t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and weâ ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!"

"We are so happy with the work done by Open Air Escapes, LLC! Buddy and his team were on time every day, thorough in their execution of plans and made sure to keep a clean and organized job site while they worked. Everyone on the team acted professionally and worked efficiently. Even the outside help that Buddy brought in to do the electrical work was amazing! They all brought great ideas to the project, things that my wife & I hadn’t thought about and their insight really helped take this project to the next level. I could tell that everyone involved wanted their work to “shine” and still be delivered on time and within budget. We were absolutely amazed at how quickly they removed our old deck and the new one with a roof and screens was in place. The team really exceeded all of our expectations and we love everything about our new outdoor sanctuary! "
