"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"

"Yes. Jacob, my service tech, diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal.. He removed, replaced and ran the new garbage disposal. No problem. Jacob did a fantastic professional job. In addition I am very pleased with Shepherd Plumbing quick response and ease of making contact with Brandon, the owner. I would highly recommend them."

"Absolutely wonderful!!! This is the second time we have used Carpet Outlets. We were so impressed the first time, we decided to use them again. Bruce came to the house with samples of different carpeting. He took the time to answer our questions and concerns. His crew removed the existing carpeting throughout the house. They were careful and clean. They laid the new carpeting without any damage to the walls and baseboards. Vacuumed the carpets and they looked beautiful. We are very pleased with Bruce and his carpet layers. We must also mention the great prople he has working in his store. Tina and the other employees are terrific. Always there to assist. So happy that we found Carpet Outlets."

"Not sure why they had 5 stars review, but All About Water Heaters is by far the worst company I dealt with. Service tech came out, did not bring a solder, and I had to provide him with my own supply, then replaced my water circulator with a wrong sized pump. Contacted the owner, promised to come out and take care of the issue, a week went by, claimed he was not able to get the replacement pump since it was discontinued, and he needed some time to find replacement. Sent him a link to Home Depot website where he could get one, and another week later, he stopped answering phone calls, or texts. I am definitely going for a lawsuit, will keep y'all updated. Do not waste your time, look somewhere else!!"
