"Plumber arrived without his helper who called off for the day. This left him short handed as he needed to get on the roof to clear the kitchen drain through the roof vent. He couldn’t do it because the equipment was too heavy to haul up the ladder by himself. So he overcame the issues by using other equipment and got the job done from inside the kitchen and charged us less. The only complaint is one simple kitchen drain clog (less than 30 min) still cost over $400. Seems excessive?"

"The guys did a great job. They checked my entire system, adjusted my watering cycle/schedule, cleaned a few heads, gave great recommendations if I wanted upgrades or to improve coverage, etc.. That was the $59 sprinkler tune-up promotion, great deal!  I also had 2 damaged areas in my drip line, they were able to patch it up and only cost $60 to fix the 2 leaks  Very quick and efficient, professional, polite, everything you could ask for from a contractor. "I called Young's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning very early and expected to get an answering service and have to wait for a call back. Imagine my surprise when a plumber answered the phone and was at my house about 30 or 45 minutes later. They were here for about 2 minutes and found the source of the problem. It took them a very short amount of time to fix the problem. They then went above and beyond their jobs by cleaning up the water caused by the broken water line and the additional mess you will find under a refrigerator that hasn't been moved in awhile because I am disabled. I honestly thought when I received the bill that I would have to take a 2nd mortgage because it was 8 on a Saturday morning after all. I could not believe how low his bill was for all they did. I am a loyal customer from today forward!!

I called Mark Masters at 3:30 PM and told them I had seen their disposal install special on Angie's List, and wanted to schedule their service. The appointment was scheduled for the next day between 10:00 AM and Noon. The next morning I received a text around 8:00 AM from Mark stating that an earlier appointment had cancelled and asking if they could come earlier. I said yes, the plumber (Seth) was at my house within 15 minutes, and the install was complete in about 30 minutes. Seth was clean cut and polite, the kind of guy you'd trust around your grandmother. No kidding. I plan on using Mark Masters Service Co. for all my future plumbing needs. I know this sounds like a commercial, it's not. They're just that good."

"The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.

"A#1 was the only company to help me on a Saturday and since it was just a capacitor I only paid $59.00! ( I must admit, I cried!) My a/c went out in Aug during a Friday night. Other companies were either closed or too busy to help me.. one even told me OVER THE PHONE that my entire unit would have to be replaced!! I had heard of A#1 on channel 4 news and within an hour a tech was here and the unit was repaired ?! I would recommend A#1 to anyone! Thanks, y'all!!"
