"We had a 3 year service plan for a Maytag Washer from Lowes. The service plan is contracted out to A&E Services, Without going into significant detail after waiting nearly a month to have A&E repair our washing machine we decided to call another repair company, We call Countryside and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. Cesar came out first thing the day after we called and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Cesar is very efficient and knowledgeable about the appliances we own. I will never call Lowes again to set up a service call with A&E again,. My first call will be to Countryside."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"I recently faced an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly, so I reached out to Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC for assistance. Throughout the entire process, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise, from the first phone call to the repair's completion. The technician, who I believe was named Nathan, arrived punctually, was amiable and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the issue to me and provided a detailed estimate of the repair costs before proceeding. The repair was executed efficiently, and the technician made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with the service I received from Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires appliance repair services."

I'm 26 years old. I speak both English/spanish. I have a truck and tools suitable for the kind of work I do during the week, when I have time off, I like to do side jobs to help people with work,(at a decent price) that most actual companies would charge a arm and a leg for, for the same quality!

"Greg was very quick to respond . Let us know parts had to be ordered. Called to tell us he got the parts and would be over that day to repair both washer and dryer. I highly recommend Greg for any appliance issue you have. Pricing was very fair ."

"My experience with them went okay. They were pretty good. I did not end up purchasing a thing in addition from them. I just asked them to do the one thing and it went pretty well. I think that he was there whenever I was not in the premises. It was quick and easy. They did the service as expected and it did not have any complications."
